Quiet Curiosity

A Wider View

An afternoon of tea and satsang in the garden

There are moments when the familiar world grows quiet, and another way of seeing becomes possible. Not as an escape from the world, but as a deeper meeting with it.

Something may draw us to question what we have taken for granted. As the charge of emotion moves through, a wider view comes into focus.

Taoist, Zen, and Advaita traditions point toward a subtle possibility: that the sense of peace and wonder we imagined would come with a flawless life is available—without one...

The window stands open.
The room keeps nothing—
not the light, not the sound.

A breath arrives.
It is already gone.

Leaves fall, asking no one.

A cloud crosses the blue.

The silence was here—
before the first word,
and after the last.

You are welcome to join us. There is no teacher and no teaching—just a light-hearted spirit of adventure as we explore awareness and how the body responds.

We meet monthly for tea, with close attention to even subtle aspects of present experience. These meetings, sometimes called non-duality satsang and meditation, are held in Adelaide, Melbourne and Byron Bay, in person and online. There is no fee.
