The menu is varied and there is always something to suit everyone's palette. The menu changes every week. Free delivery to many areas for orders of four or more meals otherwise just $5 delivery charge.

A sample weekly menu 1. Vegetable balti dhansak and rice - a deliciously creamy vegetable curry with lentils $11 2. greek lentil soup with rosemary fetta and a polenta cake $11 3. quinoa, vegetable and white bean croquettes with roast vegetables and a tahini or yoghurt sauce $12 4. Pumpkin, home made ricotta and lentil lasagne with steamed vegetables and arame $13. Orders need to be placed by the Friday. Meals come in takeaway containers or returnable glass containers.
