Those parts of us that shun the light of awareness form the shadow, that dark region of the personality which is unrecognised by the ego. Our persona defines our social identity. It is not necessarily who we really are, but who we want and pretend to be to others, and many times to ourselves. Awareness Play is an invitation to let in the light, to finish unfinished conversations, to find creative ways of self expression and to discover a deeper, liberating layer of knowing.
