The gallery
and pottery are housed in an historic building (c. 1921) at the centre
of the idyllic village of Stokers Siding, just 40 minutes north of Byron
Bay, 2km off the Tweed Valley way on a scenic, sealed route to Mt
Warning. The building is wheel chair accessible.
See our local
history display of photographs and books. we also have a visitors book
for ex-residents and others with links to the village.
Also of
interest "the Story of the Kombi Nation," a handwritten book by
kombi-owners visiting the VW specialist next door.
A General
Store/Post Office with verandah tea room is situated in the old railway
station opposite the pottery and children's park, offering a range of
meals, snacks, coffee, soft drinks and Devonshire Teas.
So why not
take the beautifully scenic drive and see what Stokers Siding has to
offer!
