Only when thought ends is there truth.

Silence, inner silence.

Falling into not-knowing,
great fear and great liberation.
Trust & surrender.

Keep breathing, feel your body
and stick to the truth.
Deep inside refuse to run.
Longing and loss and
fear of the future gives way
to Reality and the Self.

"Those moments of inner quiet
will burn out all obstacles without fail.
Don't doubt its efficacy. Try it. "

"The very absence of obstacles
will cause Reality to rush in.

There will be periods of frustration;
there will be periods of doubt.
Your worldly involvements would
hamper your practice, and an
atmosphere of defeat would prevail.
But, come what may, just throw
everything aside, don’t bother about
anything and continue your abidance
in the ‘I am’ with all earnestness.

The ‘I am’ would test your endurance,
but a moment would come when it
will be pleased with you, become
your friend and release its stranglehold
on you, and reveal all the secrets.

Then all schools are given up,
all effort ceases; in solitude
and darkness the vast step is
made which ends ignorance
and fear forever." (Nisargadatta Maharaj)

Ripples in eternity.

No light, no darkness.
No sound, no silence.
No beginning, no end.
No credit, no blame.

If you can't hear the silence
you are not listening.
