Sample Lunch Menu
- Pumpkin, fennel and cumin soup garnished with toasted pepitas.
- Warm garlic bread & dukkah, olive pate, humus, with fresh
herbs.
- Middle eastern salad, mixed green leaves, black olives, preserved
lemons,
tomato wedges, feta cubes, & tahini dressing.
- Lemon and rosemary roast vegetables.
Sample Dinner Menu
- Watercress soup, a delicious clear broth with flavours of
kaffir lime and
lemongrass, with lemon juice and tamari.
- Tempeh curry, marinated tempeh cubes, red capsicum, snow peas,
basil
and shallots in a rich coconut sauce.
- Jasmine rice.
- Chinese greens stir fried with waterchestnuts, bean spouts,
chilli, tamari,
ginger and garlic.
- Steamed asparagus, sweet miso and sesame sauce.
