Laughter
is indeed the best medicine. Modern research has proved beyond a shadow of a doubt
that laughter has both profound preventive and therapeutic values.
Its impact is simply liberating.

Laughter
Yoga is a breakthrough. It is a simple and innovative technique based on the
philosophies of ‘acting happiness’ and the centuries old tradition
of Yoga. If your body acts happy, your mind will follow and you
will in due time feel happy. By being playful we embody joy and
open to our creativity. Fake or genuine laughter produces the
same ‘happy hormones’. You don't need to be happy, have a sense
of humor, or even have a reason to laugh, in the sessions we laugh
and play for the fun of it. |
Laughter
Yoga is not a joke. In
Laughter Yoga exercises we embody our
childlike innocence and the laughter becomes spontaneous and contagious.
