Hello and welcome,
Most of my adult life a hazy sense of something truly great
and wonderful has relentlessly pulled me towards investigating,
exploring, contemplating and experiencing a wide range of approaches
to the study of consciousness.
Total honesty can take one to the unacceptable, to rejection
and loss. Most of us, most of the time will turn back. Fast
acting, censoring feelings and thoughts can block our awareness.
Yet total inner honesty is an invaluable aid to awareness. My
inspiration and approach can be summed up by the paradoxical
words of the Tao.
"Whatever is to be made to fall, first must be raised.
If you want to become whole, first let yourself become broken.
If you want to become straight, first let yourself become twisted.
If you want to become full, first let yourself become empty."
Inner noise precedes inner silence. When what is true within
is recognised and deeply allowed, a challenge emerges; to see
the subtlety of all that is still there to cling to. For clinging,
wanting and trying to control precedes acceptance and the recognition
of vastness. When all is taken away, reality remains.
At first it feels like infinite emptiness. But infinite emptiness
reveals the infinite, the immutable presence; the bliss
of reality.
