Mali's Garden

Tuscany in the Byron Bay hinterland.
Ecofarm Permaculture at its best.

I invite you to join a small group of friends on our peaceful & tranquil land. We are abundant in fruit trees, vegetable gardens and wild life. We are increasingly becoming more self sufficient in food production and are committed to living in harmony with nature as much as we can.

We work together each morning and eat together. I would like to welcome friends with skills in cleaning, gardening, carpentry and general handyman skills to join us. If you don't have specific skills but are keen and enthusiastic then also please do get in touch.

In exchange for 4 hours work per day 5 days per week we offer comfortable accommodation, home cooked vegetarian meals and a peaceful, relaxing & safe environment. An ideal place to stop and be on a busy travellers schedule. Those interested would need to be physically fit and healthy, content with living a simple lifestyle, using compost toilets, solar showers and open to learn and grow in yourself.

This opportunity is best suited to people happy to have a break from the world for a while as we don't tend to go out much. Those who are happy to be in nature and to spend time relaxing or enjoying creative projects I am a yoga teacher and also offer yoga lessons if you would like to join me. We are free from cigarettes, alcohol and any kind of drugs (including those believed to be used medicinally) and we welcome friends who can live this way as well.

I invite you to stay for a minimum of two weeks so you and I can get the most out of the experience. If you are interested in a different type of experience than please get in touch, we would love to hear from you!
