This question has been the driving force of my own personal exploration - and can be the beginning of getting to know Kira Kay!

I consciously discovered this question 'who am I' at a point in my life where I had successfully completed studies; had several good work opportunities; a large circle of friends; owned my own house - yet ultimately I felt afraid, not happy and very unsure about what I was supposed to be doing in life. I remember sitting on a rock and deciding that my first step was to find 'me'. Little did I know that this would begin a journey that would lead me around the world literally and metaphorically!

This journey has led me to work with, and alongside, several teachers, being in different countries, having varied experiences, working in business administrative tasks, seminar organising and catering and much more. All of which has supported me to realise my covered up hurts, my behaviour patterns, my limiting beliefs, my fears - and, more importantly, to uncover my strengths, passions, aliveness and the ability to integrate the understandings to live my life. Now I experience myself with an easy feeling inside, laughter and gratefulness frequent companions and a sense of unlimited possibility of what else can unfold in my life.

As a side effect of my personal self discovery I realised that I could share my insights and experiences with other people interested in finding 'who they really are'. I have developed a unique 'Life Reading' style of helping individuals see more of what is occurring in their life right now and to touch into their potential. I have come to understand that we all can truly 'see' more. I chose to explore the topic 'psychic' with various teachers both spiritual and other to understand the phenomena - and now share simple truths and exercises for others to practice expanding into more of their own natural birthright. Meditation and self inquiry have been powerful tools on my own path and I share my experiences and understandings in residential retreats and classes.

I consider that I am still uncovering more depth and illumination about my own human experience - personally I have the belief that it is a never ending journey! In sharing my own experiences and being with people in Life Readings, classes & retreats I continue to expand my own conscious awareness.

My passion is to support other people to deeply understand who they are. I cannot tell you who you are, only you can experience this truth. However, I can share my experiences and what has worked in my own life as potential tools for you to find your own truth.
