 Jo Cunningham's approach to yoga is based on the principals of a yogic lifestyle; asana, pranayama, relaxation, diet, mantra and meditation. The past is unchangable, the future is uncertain, the present is perfect, right Now! Jo studied classical yoga under the guidance of Swami Maha Devananda at the Sivananda Vedanta Centre in Kerala, India. Jo is also a student of Clive Sheridan, and a devotee of the Divine Mother. She has been teaching yoga for the last 7 years. |
