Her CD "Evolutions Daughter" from 2003 remains one of the great lo-fi appeals to gaia consciousness ever recorded on the north coast. For this rare live show, Jarrah will play solo or maybe with some friends. Tall trees will sway ...

Contemporary raw acoustic blend with elegant fierce passion, and a tenderness that is food for the soul. Her authentic expression touches deeply, with powerful sentiments about nature and humanity, inspiring and relaxing listeners.

“Completely devastating and disarming - Beautiful songs, tender and kind guitar playing, and authentic voice... just absolutely angelic.”

Singer/songwriter Jarrah has a contemporary range of styles, from folk blend to hiphop. Her music is soulful acoustic, with a simple minimalist guitar style that touches deeply, soothes and relaxes listeners.

Her songs move from elegant, raw acoustic, with aching, vulnerable sorrow, to fierce, intense passion, and a tenderness that is food for the soul.

Her debut CD “evolution’s daughter’ touches the listener with authentic expression and is a powerful mix, articulating unspoken yet ordinary sentiments about nature and humanity.

“real, painfully sweet, eerie, stirring”

Evolution’s Daughter is Jarrah's first full length album. Most of these tracks were recorded outside in forests, by inlets & creeks, in backyards on minidisc. The rest were recorded in the homespun studios of different friends.
