These sessions draw on the training of Al Wunder's "Motional Improvisation". We work physically in a solo warm up, then work in pairs and small groups, including voice and speaking at times. Then, finishing off with short, fully improvised performances for eachother. I will also be incorporating recent approaches from Ruth Zaporah and Leisa Shelton.
