The Enneagram is a powerful approach to understanding the emotions and behaviour of ourselves and others. It had its origins in many different ancient traditions. In the last four decades it has merged with modern psychology to describe the nine fundamental personality types of human nature. The modern Enneagram is a mixture of universal wisdom, common-sense philosophy and psychology which provides extraordinary insights into human behaviour, particularly our own. The primary goal and purpose of the Enneagram is self-knowledge; it also allows us to understand the behaviour of others, and with that, to be more accepting and compassionate. 

The workshop will allow you to identify your own personality type and to become familiar with the dominant issues of your type. Through self-observation and self-understanding you will see the pervasive influence of your personality type on your relationships, your work and home life. Through these insights you will come to know yourself more fully and be liberated to move towards a more loving and fulfilling life. The workshop will explore the many facets, the interconnections and uses of Enneagram through discussion, practices and meditations. Materials will be provided as part of the workshop. 

No prior knowledge of the Enneagram is necessary although reading any Enneagram material prior to the course would be useful. The Wisdom of the Enneagram by Don Riso and Russ Hudson is highly recommended. The Enneagram is not a religion and it will not interfere with anyone's religious orientation. 
 
Robert's passion for the Enneagram commenced some four years ago when he recognised the insights the Enneagram provided into his own life. Since then he has studied the Enneagram intensively and has completed his training at the Enneagram Institute in the US.

The workshops will be held at a scenic rural location in Byron Bay.
