Inspired by the works of Moreno, Rogers, Perls, Lowen, Nisargadatta, Jung, Hellinger and many other great explorers of consciousness, the invitation is to recognise the feelings and needs behind our statements, questions and actions. How do I feel, what do I feel, what am I experiencing right now? The meetings are an opportunity to learn about yourself, connect with others and discover deeper layers of kindness, joy and peace within.
